SEATS 5H 3 REAR SEAT ALL STYLES REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY downward until protrusions are properly engaged behind floor pan stops Removal REAR SEAT BACK ASSEMBLY 1 Push lower forward edge of cushion rearward and pull cushion upward until protrusions on seat Rem v cmd s H n bottom frame disengage from floor pan stops 1 Remove rear seat cushion assembly 2 Pull cushion forward and carefully remove from body 2 At bottom of the seat back on all styles except convertibles bend out the two tabs that s II i n secure the seat back to the floor panel On con vertibles remove the two screws securing the 1 Carefully lift cushion into body to avoid seat back to the floor panel and at back of seat damaging adjacent trim remove screws securing folding top compartment side trim panels to seat back assembly 2 Position rear edge of cushion under rear seat back assembly 3 Pull seat back assembly out at bottom until seat back clears body tabs then raise seat back 3 Center protrusions on seat bottom frame with upward until disengaged from hangers on the seat stops on floor pan assembly back panel support IMPORTANT if seat bottom frame protrusions 4 Remove seat back assembly from body are not properly centered in relation to floor pan stops proper engagement and placement of 5 To install reverse removal procedure mak cushion will be extremely difficult ing certain that all attaching body tabs and hangers have industrial body tape applied to them to act as 4 Push forward edge of cushion rearward and an anti squeak
